2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-317(5), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. According to the allegation, the petitioner was arrested with stolen motorcycle using it after changing its number plate. He could not produce valid papers.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under incarceration since 27-04-2025.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025.

7. Before accepting the bail bonds, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified by the court below.
