Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant by means of iron rod. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he has been made accused in the present case only on suspicion. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
