Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant sustained only one injury said to be caused by hard and blunt substance and it has not been mentioned in the written report as to who caused the aforesaid injury to the informant. Moreover, except Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, almost all the sections are bailable in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is
