JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons came to the house of the informant and dismantling his fence. It is specifically alleged that when brother of the informant came to rescue, co-accused Ranjeet Kumar assaulted him and snatched Rs.4500/- from his pocket.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that specific accusation is not levelled against him though it is against co-accused Ranjeet Kumar.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14678 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No.51 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
