Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondent No.3 the Chief Manager (H.R) Administrative Office Anchalik Office, Purnea or before the Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Head Office, Patna in case he is not satisfied with the calculation chart brought by way of filing counter affidavit in compliance of order dated 25.02.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13885 of 2012.
3. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6225 of 2017(12) dt.16-03-2023 2/2 Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Head Office, Patna is required to look into the representation filed by the petitioner and direct the appropriate authority to redress the grievance of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
4. With the above observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
