JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Two separate counter affidavits are filed on behalf of respondent No. 4 and respondent No. 5 respectively. Heard the parties.

It would appear from perusal of the averments made in counter affidavits that District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda, respondent No. 4 having calculated the dues amount of G.P.F. to the tune of Rs. 2737.25 has sent the matter to the District Provident Fund Officer, Nalanda, respondent No. 5 who, in his turn,again sought a clarification from respondent No. 4 regarding the calculation as made by respondent No. 4.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10918 of 2016 (4) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 The aforesaid fact goes to show that the dues of the petitioner is admitted and, therefore, in the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of giving liberty to petitioner to file separate representation before respondent Nos. 4 and 5 within one month for redressal of his grievance and if petitioner does so the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 shall ensure the payment of admitted dues of the petitioner within three months from the date of filing of representation with statutory interest upon the dues.
