2. Considering the allegation made by the petitioner, Cyber Cell, Patna is directed to registered FIR on the basis of his information dated 24th of February, 2023 and 14th of June, 2023 and investigate into the case forthwith to ascertain truth of the information.
3. With the above direction, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
