====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 The learned counsel, Mr. Arun Kumar Prasad for the petitioner admitted the fact that still evidence has not been concluded. The Court below by the impugned order has allowed the amendment application whereby the petitioner in the relief portion prayed for declaration of the settlement made by D.C.L.R. on 29.03.2013 is illegal and also prayed for making correction in the area of the schedule land. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the Court below has passed a cryptic order. Perused the order passed by the Court below. The Court below on the ground of delay has granted cost of Rs.700. Since the petitioner himself is admitting that evidence is still going on, the Court below has rightly allowed the amendment application. Therefore, no case for interference in supervisory jurisdiction is made out. Thus, this writ application is dismissed. Saurabh/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U T
