After few arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to file a detailed application before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board to bring on record all the required documents such as succession certificate as well as money receipt, which was deposited by his father as well as by the heirs of his father, including the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.18152 of 2021(3) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 pursuant to the allotment of plot No. LP-01 in the year 1996 at Bhagalpur.

3. The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh application before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board.

4. The Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, is directed to dispose of application filed by the petitioner, if any, within a period of three months from the submission of the application.
