Be that as it may, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 01.04.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 2667 of 2012 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

However, from now the petitioner shall pay Rs. 1500/- per month instead of Rs. 750/-.
