2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused person flashed pistol towards the informant and thereafter co-accused Binnu caused fire arm injury on the left thigh of the informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is only alleged to have pointed pistol towards the informant and no specific allegation of overt act is alleged against him.
5. Considering the nature of accusation, this

No.52540 of 2023(4) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P. S. Case No. 104 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
