2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakshmipur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024, dated 30.05.2024, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with the other accused persons abused and assaulted the informant's father. There is specific allegation against the petitioner of assaulting the father of the informant by means of tangi on his head due to which he got injured.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. It has further been submitted that the injury sustained by the father of the informant is simple in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.05.2025. The learned counsel further submits that the charge-sheet in this case has already been submitted against the petitioner and there is no chance of the petitioner tampering with the evidence or absconding during the course of trial. The petitioner, it has been submitted, undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jamui in connection with Lakshmipur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
