JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-02-2016 Since the petitioner has already been dismissed from service by letter no.2649 dated 17.8.2015, the question of grant of salary etc. for the period he has claimed in the present writ application cannot be decided in isolation because the reason for his dismissal is related to his prolonged absence from service. Therefore, both the issues cannot be decided separately. If the petitioner challenges the order of dismissal, the issue of payment of salary for the period may also be considered and decided. Writ is dismissed.
