The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhairiya P.S. Case No.332 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the first information report, the allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted his father and subsequently, his father died.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of two weeks from today, the court below will consider the petition for regular bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7750 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the fact that anticipatory bail petition has been rejected by this Court. The court below will also consider the fact that the mother of the petitioner has filed an application stating that father of the petitioner died in an accident.
