The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 176 of 2019, registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

The accusation is that daughter of the informant, aged about 16 years, had gone to school on 12.04.2019, but she did not return in the late evening. Thereafter, informant started search of his daughter then in course of search, he came to know that his daughter was seen with the petitioner. Thereafter, informant went at the house of petitioner and made query to the brothers of the petitioner then they become furious and did not give any heed on the request of the informant.

No.47592 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
