The petitioner has questioned the selection process to the post of Anganwari Sevika.
It is undisputed that there is alternative remedy available to the petitioner to question the selection process under the guidelines in force and the petitioner, if so advised, can take recourse to the same, but in the circumstances and in view of alternative remedy so available to the petitioner, no cause for indulgence is made out at the present stage.
