Petitioner retired in the year 2011 but up till now, his retiral dues has not been paid and it appears from perusal of annexure 2 to this petition that still admitted dues of the petitioner is under process of payment.

However, in the aforesaid circumstance, this writ petition stands disposed of directing to respondent no.2 to ensure payment of admitted retiral dues of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and furthermore, petitioner shall also assist in process of payment to respondent no.2 by providing him relevant documents whichever may be asked by respondent no.2 for smooth payment of retiral dues. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) U
