2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76443 of 2024, whereby this Court has granted anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners and directed to furnish bail bond, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. However, the same could not be done on account of the reasons mentioned in the modification application.

3. In view thereof, the period for furnishing the bail bond is extended for a further period of four weeks.

4. It is made clear that in the period stipulated, if the petitioners shall not surrender and furnish bail bond, in such circumstances, his further application shall not be entertained.

5. The order dated 19.05.2025 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
