JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-03-2016 The tribunal has committed no wrong by declaring that a person with a degree in Sanskrit, which may be equivalent, can only be appointed against a vacancy existing for a Sanskrit Teacher. The equivalence does not mean that a person with Sanskrit will get appointed as a general teacher, wherever he can be fitted. There is nothing erroneous with the decision, dated 12.06.2012, passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, Jehanabad.
