Learned counsel for the accountant General states that all admissible dues even the revision of the gratuity have been sanctioned and disbursed..
Diverse counter affidavits have also been filed. Mr. Kasyap, on going through the relevant facts on record, fairly states that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. He submits that liberty be given to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent for payment of interest admissible to him under the law.
