The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The only material against the petitioners and other accused persons is suspicion to have killed a lady for her affair with a boy.
Considering the aforesaid material and the fact that another coordinate Benches of this Court have granted anticipatory bail to other co-accused vide Annexure 2 and 3 to this petition, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50854 of 2018(2) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
