Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.2121 of 2018, registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The complainant alleged that the petitioner subjected her to all sorts of torture and drove her out from the house. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was married with the complainant in the year 2016 but after sometime, the complainant fled away from the house of the petitioner and solemnized marriage with Anil Paswan. It is further submitted that from perusal of the Aadhar Card of the complainant, Annexure-2, it would appear that the complainant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47686 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 disclosed that she is the wife of Anil Paswan of Majlishpur, Govindpur Gokhula, Bidupur Vaishali. Complainant is carrying advance pregnancy from her second husband.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Complaint Case No.2121 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
