Writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the ViceChancellor, L N Mithila University, Darbhanga that he will take cognizance of Annexure-5 dated 18/9/2014 and carry out the obligation of the University within a period of three months.

2. The Court further expresses its displeasure that it was inaction on the part of the Vice-Chancellor, who generated unnecessary litigation where no adjudication as such is required.
