2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"i. For direction to Respondent No. 4 to 6 to declare the result of Petitioner for selection of Jail Police pursuant to advertisement no. 03 of 2015 and also include his name in result published on 21.02.2017 and sent him for medical test.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4745 of 2017(4) dt.29-01-2026 2/2 ii. For further direction to Respondent No. 3 to allow the Petitioner to participate in medical test for appointment of jail police."

3. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 20.1.2026 also.

4. In view of the above, the application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
