Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. A country made loaded pistol was recovered form possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2019. Petitioner has got a criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Lakhisarai Police Station Case No.284/2019, subject to the
