The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 567 of 2022 dated 29.06.2022 registered for the offence under Sections 290, 376, 370, 506, 354/34 of the Indian Panel Code and 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 of Immoral Trafficking Act. The petitioner, who appears to be a customer, was apprehended on the spot and he is in custody since 30.06.2022. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.
