2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 164 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code; 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Unknown criminals committed dacoity. The involvement of the petitioner has come during investigation. The petitioner is in jail since 15.02.2024. He is accused in 10 similar and serious cases.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation and the antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

7. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the charges has been framed. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail.

8. The Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi is directed to see that the witnesses are produced in the trial on the date fixed.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Sitamarhi for its compliance through FAX or e-mail forthwith.
