18-08-2018 Heard Sri Vivekanand Vivek, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 29-05-2018 in Sanhaula P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 20/22 of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of referring to F.I.R., submits that about 202 gms. of Ganja, kept in number of cigarettes, were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent and recovered material is of small quantity, not commercial quantity.
Considering the period of custody, nature of accusation and clean antecedent of the petitioner, which fact has

Salim be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhaula P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018.
