Considering the fact that the impugned order is merely one of interim maintenance, I do not see any reason for interference and, hence, this application stands rejected. The court below is directed to conclude Maintenance case No. 173-M of 2009 and Divorce case No. 18 of 2010 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
