Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks after restoration of normalcy.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29675 of 2020 by which the petitioner was granted bail to the satisfaction of learned C.sJ.M., Vaishali at Hajipur Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently due to typographical error, words "Hajipur P.S. Case No. 229/2020" had been typed in place of the "Hajipur P.S. Case No. 299/2020" in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 29675

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10374 of 2021(3) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 of 2020 and as such the same mistake also occurred in the last paragraph of order dated 08.12.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that due to the aforesaid reason, the petitioner could not be released on bail.

From perusal of the records, it appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner is correct in his submission. Let the words "Hajipur P.S. Case No. 229/2020" typed in last paragraph of order dated 08.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29675 of 2020 be corrected to read as "Hajipur P.S. Case No. 299/2020". It is clarified that the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 299/2020.

The order dated 08.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29675 of 2020 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
