The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 102 of 2021 registered under Sections 302 and 102-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a woman. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Both the parties are agnates. Further he submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51637 of 2022(4) dt.02-05-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-II, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 102 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
