2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 181 of 2025 arising out of Amarpur (Fullidumar) P. S. Case No. 474/2016 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3 & 4 of the Explosives Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons surrounded the house of informant and co-accused Jagdambi Panjiyara shot the brother of informant dead and co-accused Julbi Panjiyara shot the informant on right hand as a result of which he sustained two bullet injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific accusation of assault against these petitioners. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted bail vide AnnexureP/2. Petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Additional Sessions Judge-III, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P. S. Case No. 474/2016.
