Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sakari P.S.Case No.141 of 2017 (arising out of Complain Case No.561 of 2017) , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution story as per the complaint petition on the basis of which the FIR has been registered is of demand of dowry of Rs.50,000/- and a motorcycle and due to nonfulfillment of the dowry, she was ousted from the house. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the allegation is false and concocted . Furthermore, the petitioner no.1 is the husband and petitioner no.2 is the Devar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50803 of 2019(2) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 and no specific allegation has been attributed against them and the annexure 2 discloses that the family members of the informant has taken away all the articles also. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Madhubani in connection with Sakari P.S.Case No.141 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No.561 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
