The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 56(i), 56(ii) of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019 and section 15 of the Environment Protection Act.

On secret information about the illegal mining of sand from Chitauli Ghat, informant along with police personnel reached there. During raid, the accused persons left the tractor and fled away after seeing the police party and the local Chowkidar identified this petitioner as one of the person who fled away from the place of occurrence.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Rohtas (Amjhour) P.S.
