ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-03-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.04.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada by which it has enhanced the ad-interim maintenance of Rs. 1,500/- to Rs. 4,000/- per month in Miscellaneous Case No. 33/96/33/2006.

Considering that the impugned order is merely one of ad-interim maintenance, I see no reason for interference and, hence, the application stands dismissed. The Court below is directed to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party if he has not done so already.
