Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner by running a nonbanking organization got money cheated of the informant It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant himself admitted that he is beneficiary of the said-non banking company and since a year he could not get his salary, hence lodged the present case. In view of the fact that the petitioner is heart patient, let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17530 of 2015 (2) dt.15-05-2015 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 80 of 2011, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.

With the above observation this application is disposed of.
