Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault assaulting the informant. The specific allegation is against petitioner no. 2 Muni Devi, she assaulted to the informant Nathuni Sah and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62402 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 Shambhu Sah as far as is concerned there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is submitted that due to land dispute between the parties, previous case was lodged by the petitioner Muni Devi due to this false case has been filed. From perusal of the impugned order no mentioned in the aspect of injury report and nature of injury.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 350 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
