The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 356 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Kapil Yadav. Petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2018. Investigation of the case is complete. Only material against the petitioner is his criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47407 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No.51 of 2016, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
