The matter has been listed under the heading "For Orders" under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State through virtual mode.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the process under Sections-82 & 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner and in the light of the same, the present anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present application filed in connection with Kanti (Panapur) P.S. Case No. 913 of 2019 is dismissed as not maintainable.
