JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420,465,467 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner being Halka Karmchari in collusion with co accused issued forged land possession certificate in favour of Abhinandan Yadav and Yoganand Kumar Yogesh.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the signature of the petitioner has been misused and no loan was received by the co accused persons on the basis of the alleged land possession certificate.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23675 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 pending in the court of learned JM, Supaul.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
