The sole petitioner, having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph-3 of the petition, who is in custody since 27.04.2018, has prayed for grant of bail in Laxmipur P.S. Case No.202 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 120B /34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner,in the present case, has been arrayed as accused because of the fact that the petitioner is owner of the tempo, which was intercepted by the police and from the said tempo, country-made rifle, iron sword and Bhujali were shown to be

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Ayodhya Pandit be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.3rd , Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S.
