It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he had applied for grant of arms licence in the year 2014 itself before the District Arms Magistrate who vide his letter no. 83 dated 27.05.2014 had forwarded the same for necessary action but nothing has been done till date.

In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Licensing Authority-cumDistrict Magistrate, Lakhisarai to take a final decision in the matter of
