JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-03-2016 The writ application is required to be dismissed on the sole ground that the issue raised with regard to acceptance of the Fitment Appellate Committee's report, while notifying the 5th Pay Revision Committee, is dead recommendation, now, if the State Government has not accepted such a recommendation. Further, more recommendations of pay committee have already been notified and implemented. The issue is more than two decades old. Such dead issues cannot be agitated, that too from retrospective kind of date.

Writ application is dismissed, accordingly.
