Learned counsel for the informant states that inspite of order of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger to pay maintenance, the petitioner is refusing to acknowledge that order much less obey. The marriage has taken place in the year, 2008 and in the first information report, the informant has named the girl with whom the petitioner is said to have solemnized second marriage on non-payment of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he works in Bengaluru and has not married second time. These allegations are motivated. He is not aware of the proceedings in the Family Court. The order of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17253 of 2015 (2) dt.08-06-2015 Maintenance Case No 20 of 2014 being order dated 27.05.2014 has been produced in Court. Now that the petitioner is aware of the said proceedings, he is directed to appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger in the aforesaid proceedings and take appropriate actions therein.

So far as Mahila (Munger) PS Case No 24 of 2013 instituted under Sections 494, 498A of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition At and pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Munger is concerned, on proof that petitioner has entered appearance in the maintenance case before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger, the learned CJM, on surrender of the petitioner abovenamed within eight weeks from today, would release him on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to his satisfaction in GR No 2327 of 2013 arising out of Mahila (Munger) PS Case No 24 of 2013 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
