This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Adapur (Harpur) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2016 arising out of G.R. Case No. 773 of 2016 for offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report is against unknown regarding committing of theft of the informant's motorcycle. Submission is that merely on the basis of the confessional statement the petitioner has been made accused in the present case, but there is no recovery from his possession and he has remained in custody for more than a year precisely since 24.03.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and
