In this case, the petitioner is making a prayer for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 12.09.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14976 of 2012, whereby and whereunder, this Court had passed the following direction:- "The District Magistrate, Darbhanga is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization within a period of three months from the

Patna High Court MJC No.40 of 2015 dt.03-03-2017 date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order."

It has been stated in the show-cause that the case of the petitioner has been considered and an order has also been passed. In that view of the matter, the petitioner, if so advised, may take any legal course as is available in law. In the result, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
