Mr. Sri Ahmad Ali ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners, already in custody since 07.05.2018, seeks bail in connection with Parwalpur P.S.Case No. 08 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 341, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Allegation in brief is that informant was going by bus with his daughter but after some time one tracker owner stopped the bus and assaulted the informant causing 15 injuries over his body and also snatched Rs. 4000/- from him . Submission is that informant and others were passengers in the tracker of the petitioners driven by another accused Sonu Kumar and on account of dispute over payment of fare this false

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49278 of 2018(2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 case was instituted and the same is also reflected from the injury report of the informant as only one injury was found in the form of lacerated wound and complain of pain in right ear and the injuries are simple in nature.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely , Munna Mahani @ Satyapal and Sunil Mahani are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 08 of 2018.
