Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged on recovery of dead body of the husband of the informant. The petitioner and others are suspected to have committed the murder for the reason of old land dispute. The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2018.

Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
