2. At the very outset this Court takes note of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party, inter alia, enclosing a copy of the ex-parte order dated 24.06.2013 passed in Matrimonial Case No. 176 of 2011, which has been allowed and the matter disposed of.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the said fact.
