The petitioners, four in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, mother of the deceased, made allegations for demand of dowry and torture against the husband and other in-laws of the deceased. The informant alleged that the accused persons killed and cremated the dead body of her daughter. It is submitted that the marriage was solemnized 12 years ago. The husband and the father-in-law of the deceased, namely, Sanjay Sah and Achchebar Sah have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.06.2014 passed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16950 of 2015 (2) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 9552 of 2014. The petitioners are brothers-in-law and cousin father-in-law of the deceased.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Sonbarsha P.S. Case No. 131/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
